I went to work feeling inspired every day. Being surrounded with high quality, contemporary, European furniture and mixing and matching materials from leather, to boucle, to Jean Paul Gautier, your customers are beaming with joy when they come in and get to collaborate on creating a custom piece of furniture for their home or vacation home.

Cons

Management is lazy. The working environment was hostile and uncomfortable, there were times where I cried and almost felt like passing out because of how the employer treated their employees.

Easy, simple, 9-5 job, if you don't want a lot of responsibility or challenge, this job is for you!

Cons

Work on weekends, terrible pay, snooty customers, the way they pay you as a design consultant is super sketchy... after 6 months you get your 1st half of your commission and then have to wait 6 more months for the 2nd half. So your pay is always split and makes it so that youre getting less than you really should. When they hire you, no one fully explains this.... Terrible benefits and weird culture.

no overtime, good work life balance, good ppl inside the department, good place to learn as a starter

Cons

Low pay, almost no raise. no growth inside the company, all management level are french. No appreciation for your work at all.
