Very friendly company.....quite flexible with hours etc

Cons

In order to progress you need to be friends with high management people. No good salary structure. No HR at all. So if you have a problem with a manager you cant report to anyone.

Overall, the work environment is excellent, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Once you reach management levels, there are also chances to travel nationally and internationally. Annual bonuses and raises are consistent, which is a great benefit.

Cons

Certain functions do not have a clear career path available.
