Pros

Great people to work with, lovely environment, fun day to day, good pay for hard work. Constantly changing collection of fantastic designs. Excellent brand recognition.

Cons

Long hours, little room for growth beyond showrooms, unpredictable pay, lots of paperwork/ admin, mediocre benefits, weekend work required. Management could solicit more conversation and listen to feedback more often. Salary is commission based and clients often visit several showrooms, which can spark infighting.

Overall, the work environment is excellent, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Once you reach management levels, there are also chances to travel nationally and internationally. Annual bonuses and raises are consistent, which is a great benefit.

Cons

Certain functions do not have a clear career path available.
