      Generally flexible schedule semester by semester but that is controlled within departments so, not institution-wide

      Cons

      Management has been in decline since about 2010. The Board of Trustees micromanages everything and this filters down through administration. High turn over in administration (Who's my boss today?) and low morale among all employees
