      Pros

      Good work life balance with little pressure. Since in India, the company is in to both manufacturing and distribution in India and there is ample opportunity to learn about logistics and supply chain.

      Cons

      Growth prospects very less and a person needs to wait for long term to grow in the hierarchy.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
