      If you are in director position wealth is available but if you are just employee or middle level you become more and more poor year over year.

      only stock price is important to any cost or sacrify

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
