      Rockwell Automation is a good company to start your career if you are a recent graduate engineer looking to grow to middle management.

      Rockwell Automation can be a challenge to grow your career if you come in as a middle manager from the outside.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
