      reasonable manager, decent pay, flexible hours, office culture isn't too stuffy

      Cons

      boring work at times, no natural light in most of the building and no where to comfortably work outside, work from home not actively encouraged

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
