Very much focused on Customers i.e Customer centric Organisation Sr. Management Strategy and Direction focus is very clear, consistent and emphasised on. Focus on Quality of Product Distributor Management and focus on channels is a great strength
Cons
Laggard compared to competitor in market in new project innovation Very much US centric approach for all the regions SAP implementation is very late other companies are miles ahead in implementation. SAP Modulescould be good for manufacturing but for not for Sales. It is decreasing efficiency & effectiveness..
