      Pros

      No strict time limit, complete your work and go. No micro management.

      Cons

      Per diem allowance is low. Though it is Golbal Engineering centre , there is no policy for travelling with family for long term sites. Managment is not interested for changing travelling policies as per the current market scenerio, lot of cost cutting.
