      Pros

      Business updates are communicated regularly, huge longevity within the company which creates great teams to work with. Benefits are good and advertised well.

      Cons

      Salary increases are not in line with inflation. Senior staff can encourage hierarchy.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
