      Lack of training or mentoring Lots of project are far from being challenging “Red tape” layer is “thick & heavy” Project management is extremely weak

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
