Pros
Big company, global presence. In a market that isn't ending any time soon. Automation will only get bigger. Lots of chance to move up.
Cons
Big company, sometimes feel very little. Usual with big companies, software is out of date (windows XP, office 2003), work with a lot of people that are probably past their technological high.
