      Not much to talk about.

      Cons

      Too much politics. Internationals not treated well. Quality leaders are not qualified and have no vision. If you want an unstable job and life work for them. All the organizations in the company works in siloes, no connection with each other.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
