Pros
Rockwell has great new grad career programs and they retain talent. The schedules are flexible and the company generally cares about it's employees development.
Cons
If you are not in sales or field service your work locations are very limited to less than stellar cities in the Midwest. The also have a very slow product development cycle and change is hard to come by. This is likely due to the conservative past and the many manager levels.
