      very family friendly lots of opportunities big focus on ethics

      not much cohesiveness too risk averse - i.e. more red tape than "real" work

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
