      Pros

      Good wages while you are working there. There was job security which also means a lot.

      Cons

      Not so good retirement package. Giving you lifetime to a firm, who continuest o take away retirement benefits does not give a favorable impression to others.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
