      They provide excellent training to every employee. Promotions. Strongly ethical company.

      Cons

      Everything was good, I cannot think on something bad about Rockwell Automation.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
