Pros
Transparency from leadership Industry leader Very good 8 month long early career training program for technical sales Competitive salary right out of college Good company culture - most people, including management, are willing to make the time to guide and advise newer employees. Not very cut throat with decent collaboration
Cons
Like any company with remote field offices, culture can be a little difficult to maintain. Prior to Covid there were a few people in the office on any given day but it's sometimes difficult to create a strong sense of community and comradery. This isn't a nock on Rockwell, but more of a general difficulty of working remote from a field office.
