      Good opportunities to develop as competencies needed to do your work help you thrive in whatever area you are working on

      No good mentoring or coaching to develop a professional career path, compensation is not the best either.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
