Pros
Many nice people, do fun things like ball games, lunches, etc.Work and industry is interesting. Local small office has many great people.
Cons
No feedback. If you don't know this industry, will have a hard time getting answers. Easy to get lost in the shuffle, even if working in a smaller site.
