Pros
I love the employee resources groups that are employee led but supported by executive sponsors. It allows the employees to network, discuss important topics relevant to them, and has even driven corporate policy changes. I also love that it has been rated one of the world's most ethical companies by Ethisphere Institute for over 10 years in a row.
Cons
For a technology company, they don't seem to have advance technology internally or even basic project management tools. As with many large corporations, at times there can be a lot of red tape to get things done.
