      Flexible work schedule Work is pretty much straightforward every day company culture is strong teamwork is highly recommended Some management relate well to employees

      Some management play favorites Management doesn't take too kindly on employee solutions unfair compensation structure (changed) changes always came with little to no warning

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
