Review - Technical Project Manager Rockwell Automation Employee Review

This company lacks diversity. They do not place people according to experience therefore there are managers who have no managerial experience. I have seen people with years and years of experience thrown aside because one person doesn't like someone. They throw people into positions with very little training and when they aren't up to par they let them go instead of investing in properly training them. This company is a good ole boy system, if you are looking to grow then stay far away unless you make the right friends.
