      Great management. Plenty of freedom. Large company but feels small. Professional. Exciting work environment. Amazing company. Great benefits. Challenging and room for career growth.

      Cons

      Long hours if you want to be in management. Very gossipy. Can be difficult to keep direction. Roles change frequently so must be flexible.
