- horrible work life balance - company culture shrouded by bureaucracy and politics - old school and aeons behind a modern tech. Company. - most of the older employees with unhealthy attitudes towards newer employees. My first months were spent dealing with harassment and being called "bottom of the barrel" - underlying tones of racism in company culture prevalent in more experienced employees
