Great people and culture. Lots of career opportunities of you are willing to move. Ethical company. Market share leader and moving into new markets, lots of upside.
Cons
Internally complex, especially compensation plan and matrix organization. Compensation appears to be on par with long time competitors but low compared to new areas we are pursuing such as process and information systems space.
