Pros
Working for Rockwell was a rewarding experience. The company culture overall was excellent and I felt valued.
Cons
When working within the BU, a lot of the ownership and decision making was stuck at the top. This meant that instead working to come to a solution to a problem, the direction and resolution was decided well ahead.
