      - Great co-workers, great immediate boss. - Interesting technology, willing to push tech envelope. - Great opp to learn development skills/tech.

      Cons

      - Poor executive leadership - Very weak sales team (constantly selling vaporware, then demanding dev to deliver on their promises)

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
