Pros
I started in the EIT program and they trained me for 6 months on as much Rockwell equipment as they could in that time, all while paying me. I will be going back for more advanced training soon. In terms of setting yourself up for success, you couldn't ask for a better tart than Rockwell Automation!
Cons
Depending on your position, you may not know where you will end up after the training. Engineers from my class were assigned to many places around the Midwest USA, but many got to pick as well.
