      Good starting salaries for entry level

      Cons

      They have stopped retaining top talent and have focused on inorganic growth. I do not know how sustainable that is.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
