Pros
Benefits are good, still has a strong name in the industry. Keeping offerings current with the market.
Cons
Rockwell used to be known for being really good to employees. Since COVID, you never know what to expect. They made us all take pay cuts, then no bonuses, then they gave us the money back, then they took away bonuses. Now we’re not getting previously promised raises or bonuses, there’s been lay offs and they’re pushing everyone back into the offices. It feels like there’s no give and take - just take, take, take.
