Pros
The people have always been great. Management was solid.
Cons
The culture has completely changed. Everyone is paying for the CEO's mistakes. He has made bad choices, investments (PTC) and hires over the last several years. He is blaming it on supply chain, but it goes far beyond that. He is firing leaders all over and laying off masses without announcing. His only goals now are to protect the stock price and his own pay and reputation.
