Pros
Used to be a great company to work for.
Cons
I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the significant changes in this organization's Human Resources department. Since the departure of former CHRO Susan Schmitt, there has been a notable decline in HR effectiveness. The current reporting structure, where HR falls under Legal oversight and features an unusual arrangement of a CHRO reporting to another CHRO, has created several operational challenges. Throughout 2024, the department has experienced considerable turnover, with many experienced HR professionals departing. While the company's current 3.7 rating may appear favorable, it's worth noting that this score largely reflects historical reviews rather than recent experiences. For HR professionals considering career opportunities there, I recommend carefully evaluating these organizational dynamics before making any decisions.
