      good coworkers - sound management - discounted movie tickets!

      Cons

      not many, wish it was doing a little better though. the oil market for the MV business is doing really bad.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
