Company is being run like a private equity firm bought it. Software division has reduced focus on quality and bringing new innovations to market. Senior management more focused on offshoring jobs and replacing people with AI. Business and sales goals are often missed and senior leaders don’t take accountability and lean on layoffs and offshoring as a crutch. No incentive for employees who bring efficiency gain ideas to management. But everyone is expected to do so. Culture is becoming toxic.
