Non Managemnt employees true grit!

Cons

Everything else about the company is dysfunctional. The CEO is delusional . His All Hands Meetings are the joke of the industry. ROMA employees are anything but happy. They like what they do but not who they do it for. Raises don’t happen unless through attrition you end up taking on more responsibilities . Even then minimal.

Roma does incorporate employee feedback but at the end of the day, corporate does what they want to do and your opinions may not matter.

Cons

The work culture is presented as amazing but again, it's just another company.
