Tony Gareri (CEO of Roma) is too busy promoting himself and the great company culture he thinks he has created. Tony doesn't show any respect to the employees. He is a self serving individual and only interested in marketing himself in the corporate world. He sees himself as the next the Steve Jobs. The company has had little growth under his "leadership". Tony has no idea how to lead or develop a company. Very little respect for the employees, high turnover, low pay, poor benefits and annual raises some employees have been with out a salary increase for several years. Lack of professionalism, the office looks like a day care centre with all the paper decorations.
