Pros

I am gateful to have PTO. Working from Home is a plus so is having Health Insurance.

Cons

I'm saddened to know prioritizing raises over the last two years was not a concern of Roots for their customer support representatives. We are aware of the raises given to others in already well paid positions...With inflation being on the rise, im lucky to eat once a day on my income. It's becoming clear to me that the importance a CS team brings to Root is lacking. I had hope, but im gradually starting to lose it.

Management was terrible. Awful communication. Favoritism.
