      Compensation is above fair, thorough training, engaged culture, accepting and inclusive of all, care about their customers, forward thinking, advanced technology, involve all employees in idea storming and growth

      Cons

      I am still blown away by all the positives and value in every aspect of Root and what they are doing to change the insurance industry, and make it work for the customer. They value their employees, and strive to constantly evolve and grow.

      Remote, off on holidays, no weekends, and 9/5 schedule

      Cons

      Work load. Complex, siu, bodily injury and management are the main career paths. Not a lot of opportunities Because they only have personal auto.
