Has good WLB Able to remote work

Cons

Boring project, manager force you to try boring ideas and doesn’t care about your career growth. Seems having a lot of politics, some people with limited experience got promoted with rocket speed, while people who has genuine talent but does not boosting much are not valued. Compensation is low, stock is a joke.
