Good Company to work from ground up - Claims Adjuster Root Inc. Employee Review

Lots of changes that happen almost every week, company is not doing very well, unknown if it will recover or how, great PTO allotment but everyone takes advantage of it which leaves people who work with a ton of work and claims, so you get a ton of benefits at the cost of being overworked with high demands. If you fall behind or fall short in an area you will be monitored pretty hard. They say your opinion is heard and noticed but when it is brought up little is done about any change, feels like you dont have a voice a lot of the time within the company
