      Good salary, remote... that's about it.

      Cons

      No job security, toxic workplace, and coworkers. Leadership is incompetent at all levels and only cares about their bonuses while throwing everyone else under the bus.

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
