      Some great people, good compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Poor decision making from the top down and protective, defensive culture. Leadership hires were made outside of recommendations based on interview processes, unfair hiring practices in general.

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
