      None. Seriously… there is nothing positive about this place.

      Cons

      So many things…. - unprofessional - shady - they promote woefully inexperienced people to management positions. - favoritism is rampant. - you will legitimately feel like management hates you. I’ve never worked for a company with such barely concealed disdain coming from management. It’s shocking. - Root has yet to make a legitimate profit since its founding. Investor capital keep this company afloat.

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.
