Pros

Its good company to keep as a an option on part time basis. Do not trust the words of its CEO Mas (Mustafa Qutbuddin). He will say one thing in morning and will take back his words in evening. He will make you feel you are in heaven. Some of the projects are stable specially Websphere Portal, Commerce etc. But you can't count them in.

Cons

- Its a company being run by those who used to run kiryana shops. - No management. HR is just a scapegoat. - Decisions are taken by CEO and he terminates employees in a split second. I have been unfortunate enough to lay off hundreds of employee when I was in their HR. - They are moving most of its business to India and wrapping up from Karachi, Pakistan slowly and gradually. I think one reason could be that CEO enjoys very bad reputation in Pakistan and he now wants to create history in India too. - He is well known for creating fake resumes and market them to clients. He harasses employees.

Pros

• Salary is always paid on time • Free coffee in the office • If you’re well-connected with the right people, the environment can be very comfortable • Some employees have stayed for 15+ years, which provides continuity for those who fit into the internal politics

Cons

• Work culture feels toxic with heavy internal politics • Senior management often lacks ownership and accountability • Micro-management is common across teams • Decisions are driven by personal relationships instead of merit • An example of this is seeing highly qualified staff (including PhD-level experts) being overridden by individuals with minimal technical qualifications simply because of family ties to leadership • Hiring and firing happens frequently with very little stability • Interns are hired at low cost, given minimal guidance, and can be let go with almost no notice • Students waiting for H1B sponsorship are vulnerable and often feel pressured • Weekend work is expected without compensation • C-level leadership appears inexperienced and the majority of senior roles seem reserved for family members rather than the best talent • Talented and honest employees leave quickly because they see no path for growth or fair treatment
