      Pros

      It is very easy to get hired by Royal Cyber if you are even moderately qualified for most positions I've seen. There is a small handful of solid professionals, who work for the organization, however, only 2 of these individuals are in management positions.

      Cons

      Where to begin: -Exceptionally unprofessional environment -Lack of even basic ethics on the part of HR and management -Credible allegations of management consistently lying to employees -No leadership or vision of the organization beyond making money, -Culture of intimidation -The company consistently attempts and fails to recruit and retain solid professionals

      + CEO I cannot think of anything else. The company is on shoulders of CEO obviously he cannot manage the whole company process

      + Everything else You can see many dumb people sitting in management

      There are absolutely no pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      No sense of staff feeling valued at all. Very unstable No professionalism Its not a company Good Luck to anyone thinking about working here. I'm sure you will be posting your negative review shortly.
