Lack of Strategy/vision from Leadership. The only "growth" mentality here is quantity over quality. From sales to marketing, to partnerships, the only thought process is create more content, send out more emails, target all industries, under the mindset of "we can do it all". No understanding of building a brand, much less how to actually grow its revenue channels. Leadership's solution for everything is firing the workforce and hiring more resources with empty promises. The level of micromanagement is disturbing. There is great talent here but there is no environment for adapting new strategies, processes, structure that is not dictated by - that has little experience in the space, Business process, sales strategies or business enablement. There are no defined roles and responsibilities, Leadership is constantly changing the workforce roles as they see fit with no advance notice, and with expectations of delivering immediate results - or "you are at risk of termination." There is no understanding of aligning resource skills/experience/career path to the role. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in the workplace. If you are planning on looking for a place to grow in your career, and find financial stability, I suggest you read the rest of the reviews and make a calculated decision. Think of this company like a ship where everyone sees the iceberg coming up but there is nothing they can say/do to make the blind/ignorant captain change course.
