Time flexibility, Not much Work Pressure, Stick to Process, Different level of management, You can directly reach out to them without any Issue. Good Company for experienced, Internal transfer facility is also here, if you wants to move and have good experience in IBM Products like Websphere, Sterling, Hybris, Mainframe, Rational and Commerce products.
