Pros

The only pros of the company is that their pay is competitive in the market

Cons

The list goes on ....on.....& onnnnn.....Let me share few: Personal life becomes night- mare after joining this company. They doesn't hold proper codes and policies ,Keep on changing it as per management b(ra)ins. Employee discrimination happens based on region from south to west Employee first offer pay is eye popping ,after getting in they doesn't provide any benefits for current employee -New lads gets paid higher than long stays which makes demotivated and no normalization things happen. Employee can't even judge who holds organisation decisions- is this CEO? or Department Head? or Project Manager? or a some unknown X? -Who really holds the ownership. Company's tongues out employees to share only "pros" of the organisation (Still on search by employees) P....T....O

Pros

• Salary is always paid on time • Free coffee in the office • If you’re well-connected with the right people, the environment can be very comfortable • Some employees have stayed for 15+ years, which provides continuity for those who fit into the internal politics

Cons

• Work culture feels toxic with heavy internal politics • Senior management often lacks ownership and accountability • Micro-management is common across teams • Decisions are driven by personal relationships instead of merit • An example of this is seeing highly qualified staff (including PhD-level experts) being overridden by individuals with minimal technical qualifications simply because of family ties to leadership • Hiring and firing happens frequently with very little stability • Interns are hired at low cost, given minimal guidance, and can be let go with almost no notice • Students waiting for H1B sponsorship are vulnerable and often feel pressured • Weekend work is expected without compensation • C-level leadership appears inexperienced and the majority of senior roles seem reserved for family members rather than the best talent • Talented and honest employees leave quickly because they see no path for growth or fair treatment
